It is particularly crucial to assess each case individually to determine the optimal procedure, whether it concerns a long-established building, a building constructed before 1967, or a newer building that qualifies for legalization under current legislation. In special cases, legalization may be possible through the procedure of location verification in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act.

Usage Permits

After successful construction, it is necessary to obtain a usage permit. Since deviations might have occurred during construction, it is crucial to ensure compliance with spatial planning acts. Throughout the construction process and upon completion, our legal advice helps resolve issues that could impact the issuance of the usage permit.
